Our Real Estate Department accompanied and represented the landowner of 69 Mitzvah Kadesh Street, located in the Neot Afeka neighborhood of Tel Aviv, in the sale of her legal rights in the property for NIS 155 million.

The plot of land stretches over ​​approximately 3.5 acres, on which a master plan had been applied, allowing the construction of approx. 70 units, to be located in a building of up to 18 stories high.

The owner was represented in the transaction by attorneys Shlomi Heller and Adi Gruper.
