Shlomi Heller

Adv. Shlomi Heller is the head of our Real Estate Department and a partner in the firm, engaged in accompanying real estate transactions throughout their different stages.

An expert in real estate transactions and real estate taxation, Shlomi’s experience includes the representation of clients before various authorities such as the Land Tax Office, Israel Land Authority, the Surveying Department, local authorities, and Land Registration Offices, including working with complexities such as gentrification, building conservation, and NOP (Tama) 28 transactions. He has also accompanies projects across residential, commercial and industrial construction.

Clients benefit from Shlomi’s core knowledge around the complexities of Real Estate, including of contractors, bank negotiations, financial accompaniment agreements, urban renewal projects, and both civil and commercial law, including civil-commercial litigation portfolio management.

Shlomi was a named partner and founder of Yegnes, Gesser, Heller & CO. In January 2018, Shlomi and his legal team merged with FWMK’s Real Estate Department.
