Kedar Mivnim Ltd. Takes on Prestigious Demolition and Construction Project in Tel Aviv’s Bavli Neighborhood

We are happy and proud to represent Kedar Mivnim Ltd. in another demolition and construction project, this time with 2 buildings on Hazohar street located in the prestigious Bavli neighborhood in Tel Aviv.

This week we participated in the company’s building demolition ceremony, together with the building’s residents.

As part of the project, the 28 existing apartments will be demolished and 54 new apartments will be built in their place.

The transaction is led by FWMK attorneys Shlomi Heller and Adi Grupper.

We would like to thank Kedar Mivnim company for their continued trust, and thank Yoel Stern and Shaf Stern, the attorneys of the owners, for their cooperation. We look forward to hearing that the owners of the apartments will be able to move into their new homes soon!
