Our firm represented, Kofman & Dorot in another real estate project

We are proud to have represented Kofman & Dorot in another real estate project, this time in a combination transaction with Mifal Poalei Petah Tikva Ltd. (the Histadrut’s property company), for the construction of a 10-story residential building with 36 new apartments.

The residential building is already under construction in Rothschild Square in Petah Tikva, and we hope it will soon become a warm home for many families.

The transaction was skillfully led by Adv. Shlomi Heller, Head of the Real Estate Department at FWMK, and Adv. Adi Grupper from the Real Estate Department at FWMK.
