Effi Capital sold an option to purchase land for the construction of 237 apartments in Kiryat Gat

Effi Capital sold an option to purchase land for the construction of 237 apartments in Kiryat Gat to the Ram Adrat company for 1.5 million NIS with an option to be exercised within six months. This option can also be extended.

To exercise the option, Ram Adrat will pay a total amount of approximately 60 million NIS.
