Adv. Dor Grinberg Asil is an associate in the firm, involved in representing our clients in a wide range of real estate transactions.
Dor provides legal counsel and ongoing professional support across a wide range of Real Estate transactions and Urban Renewal projects, in both the commercial and private sectors. Her practice covers all stages of a transaction, from acquisition and development, through ongoing advisory services in planning and financing, including representation before tax authorities, to negotiations and dispute management.
Dor has extensive experience in a broad spectrum of projects and transactions, including Combination Agreements, Building Rights transactions, project planning, and development for residential, office, and commercial uses. She also advises on Urban Renewal projects, including evacuation and reconstruction projects, TAMA 38, and similar initiatives.
Her experience further includes income producing real estate, Lease Agreements, Contractor Agreements, Cooperation Agreements, development transactions, as well as Loan and Financing Agreements.
In addition, Dor has experience in drafting wills, Estate Administration Agreements, Prenuptial Agreements, and managing the registration of Real Estate Rights, including the registration of Condominium Buildings.
Dor completed her internship at FWMK and joined the firm as an associate in 2020.
