An incredible achievement for Biobeat!

We are proud to have represented Biobeat Technologies, our longtime client, in its US$50 million Series B financing!

The round was led by new investors Ally Bridge Group, OrbiMed Advisors, and Elevage Medical Technologies, with participation from a strategic investor.

Biobeat developed an FDA-cleared, cuffless 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) system, designed to significantly improve patient comfort while delivering continuous, clinically meaningful data. Proceeds from the financing will support the expansion of Biobeat’s commercialization efforts in the United States and help continue transforming the future of diagnostics.

We are thrilled to continue this journey alongside the Biobeat team and congratulate everyone involved on this outstanding achievement!
