S. Schestowitz and Leumi Partners acquire stakes in AS Profit Holdings Ltd.

We are pleased to announce the signing of a significant investment transaction by our client, S. Schestowitz, alongside Leumi Partners, in AS Profit Holdings Ltd.

As part of the transaction, S. Schestowitz will acquire 5% of Profit’s shareholding, alongside Leumi Partners, which will acquire 10%.

Our team, led by Adv. Udi Knaani and Adv. Shmulik Tzvi, represented S. Schestowitz throughout all stages of the transaction.
