Our Firm represented Kedma Capital in a transaction pursuant to which it acquired 30% of the shares of Alexander Schneider, together with an option to acquire additional shares and increase its stake.

Alexander Schneider is one of Israel’s leading providers of infrastructure solutions for data centers and engineering solutions for technology manufacturers in the defense and semiconductor sectors. Kedma Capital plans to support the company’s management in the continuing rapid growth of the company.
