Adv. Yael Ben Naim, Head of our Labor Law Department, participated in the DUNS 100 Forum for senior legal professionals, in a panel discussion on “The Israeli Labor Market – 2025”, moderated by Gidon Ucko (N12), alongside leading experts in the field.
The panel explored key issues shaping Israel’s labor market today, including:
• The AI revolution and the legal challenges it presents
• Employees’ rights during reserve duty in times of emergency
• New trends and uncertainties in the evolving labor landscape
Yael shared insights from her practice, especially regarding the increasing number of global employers seeking our firm legal guidance on closing or relocating operations from Israel. She also highlighted that, on one hand, many of the global corporations considering such transitions began their journey in Israel – a testament to the country’s long-standing role as an innovation hub. On the other hand, we’re witnessing a rise in new startups, particularly in Defense and Agri-tech sectors, reflecting a dynamic shift and adaptation to Israel’s changing reality.
We are proud to participate in this professional dialogue and to contribute to advancing the understanding of the legal challenges shaping the future of work in Israel.
