Congrats to our client Redis Labs which has just left the ‘Unicorn’ status far behind!

Our firm represented Redis Labs, a world leader in data storage solutions, in a $310 M financing ($110 M primary, and $200 M secondary), at a $2 B valuation! The round was led by Tiger Global, with participation from Softbank and TCV.

Our High-Tech division, led Adv. Erez Mizrachi, is very proud to have been part of Ofer Bengal, Yiftach Shoolman and Redis Labs’ journey since its formation. We’re looking forward to many more achievements together!
