Our firm is proud to represent Effi Capital Ltd. and Shmuel Baruch Development & Construction Ltd. in a transaction under which 50% of the rights in a large-scale residential project in Kiryat Ata were sold for a total consideration of approximately NIS 67 million.
The project is expected to include the development of a new residential neighborhood spanning about 160 dunams (approx. 16 hectares / 40 acres), comprising hundreds of housing units alongside commercial and employment areas.
This transaction reflects the partnership between two leading real estate companies to advance a significant residential project in a growing region of northern Israel. We thank our clients for their trust and wish them great success in the journey ahead.
