Log-On Software Ltd. to be acquired by Ness A.T., a subsidiary of Hilan

Congratulations to our clients, the shareholders of Log-On Software Ltd., on the signing of the agreement for the sale of the company to Ness A.T. Ltd., a subsidiary of Hilan.

The signing marks a significant milestone in the transaction, and we are pleased and proud to be representing our clients at this important stage, as well as through the remainder of the process until the transaction is completed.
