Our firm’s Real Estate Department represented the Yuvalim Dvash company in a combination transaction, coupled with the acquisition of the remaining rights in the same plot through a partition of real estate (dissolution of partnership) proceeding in the Nahalat Illit neighborhood of Rishon LeZion. The land is zoned for the construction of a residential building comprising approximately 90 housing units and additional uses.
Our firm supported the company throughout the legal negotiations with the rights holders to finalize the combination agreement. Furthermore, we represented the company across all stages of the partition proceeding—from filing the statement of defense and managing the legal litigation to coordinating with the court-appointed receiver for the acquisition of rights within the process.
