Proud to represent LINE5 in its groundbreaking $20 million seed round

Proud to have represented LINE5 founded by the exceptional Yiftach Shoolman, Gigi Levy-Weiss, Matan Melamed, and Sari Brosh Rechav, in their landmark $20M seed round.

According to CTech by Calcalist, it’s the world’s largest defense-tech company seed financing to date!

But beyond the headlines, this deal is deeply personal for us. It marks another chapter in a more than two-decade journey that began in 2002 when Erez Mizrachi represented Yiftach in his very first startup, Crescendo Networks. Since then, we’ve had the privilege of accompanying Yiftach on his adventures, and most notably Redis, which we’ve represented from its foundation to date, and through its growth into a leading global enterprise with ~2,000 employees.
