We are proud to have represented Israeli start-up company SQream Technologies in a commercial transaction with Alibaba Cloud, the cloud computing arm of the Chinese giant Alibaba.
SQream develops database management technology and following the said transaction, the Company will offer its solutions to Alibaba’s Cloud customers.
The transaction was leaded by our legal team: Erez Mizrachi, Inbal Sustiel, Itai Farkash, Raya Lalazar and Elad Salem.
