Adv. Ore Reisman practices in the fields of high-tech and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law.

Ore provides ongoing legal counsel to start-ups and technology companies at various stages of development, as well as to private and institutional investors, including in investment transactions, capital raises, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.

After completing her internship in 2025 at FWMK, Ore joined the firm as an associate.
