Adv. Oscar serves as a partner in the firm's commercial department.

Adv. Oscar is engaged in the fields of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and high-tech. 

Adv. Oscar has extensive experience in handling complex mergers and ongoing counsel and advice to international companies in various commercial fields such as shareholders' agreements, licensing and distribution agreements and establishment of foreign companies, as well as ongoing counsel to companies, private investors and venture capital funds in acquisition activities, capital raising and financing transactions.

Adv. Oscar joined the firm as an associate in 2009.
